The Relational Impact Report

The Relational Impact Report is a design audit of what you've already built. It reads your products, programs, and services for one pattern: were the humans they touch actually part of how they were made? No perfect scores, only patterns and a map of what your work could become.

What it audits: the things an organization ships- products, programs, services, campaigns, policies- including organization-led human programs (ERGs, CSR, social impact initiatives, community programs).

What it asks of each one: was this designed with the humans it touches, or for them? Where is the evidence of Notice, Listen, Design, Measure, Nurture in how it was built and how it's run?

What it returns: patterns, not grades. Where empathy is embedded in the workflow and where it's only in the values statement. Where latent benefit sits unmeasured inside an existing product or program—and the design moves that would surface it.
