  • End-to-end project management of corporate social responsibility workstream and coordination across Cisco stakeholders and relevant teams focusing on homeless prevention efforts.

  • Led $5M+ program activities in 7 African countries consisting of more than 10 distinct milestones in partnership with the Department of Defense, CDC, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

  • Daily liaison between external partners and internal cross-functional teams and fostered a strong relationship with 20+ healthcare vendors, subcontractors, and international nonprofit. 

  • Identified key metrics (CTQs and KPIs) that drive the business, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions that secured funding in the range of $350-$500k annually.

  • Provided expert leadership, program and technical training to 35 in-country managers and their employees responsible for implementing prevention and outreach efforts.


PROGRAM ANALYST, City of Oakland - Oakland Unite

  • Managed a +$2M gender-based violence intervention & human rights grants by cultivating strong relationships between the City of Oakland and 25 nonprofits. 

  • Used extensive fact-checking analytic and research skills as a result of continuously reviewing gender-based violence prevention programs and associated public policy.

  • Compiled research data and gave professional presentations highlighting finds and recommended optimizations that increased utilization of trauma-informed care by 50%.

  • Coordinated and facilitated meetings with legal staff to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements, such as grant contracts and governance documents.

  •  Developed and promoted Oakland Unite brand, images, and identity to media and press releases.


PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Pacific Foundation Services, LLC-

  • The bridged communication gap between program officers during the management of $40M grants annually.

  • Delivered impeccable administrative and program support for 10 different giving areas that resulted in the mobilization of five family foundations.

  • Analyzed summary reports of potential grantees, identified candidates for philanthropic activities, led initial due diligence and preliminary investigation, and presented findings to presented 10-15 board members.
