About the event
HER PLACE IS IN: HAIR is our 3rd project that will continue to challenge the norms in our society! We are featuring women of ALL backgrounds who have a unique hair journey and who identify with challenging hair norms, such as in the workplace. We selected women who can be vulnerable and share their story the push against the "professional" hair ideology and exemplifies your unique culture and identity. In a society where we put so much weight on what a person looks like, we want to focus on hair misguided judgments and stereotypes.
